Privacy Policy

ufirst — accounting, fractional CFO, and tax services · Last updated: September 4, 2026

This policy explains how ufirst ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, submit an inquiry, or become a client. We serve clients across the United States and handle personal information in accordance with applicable law.

What we collect

How we use it

Cookies and website security

We do not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Our inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile processes limited technical information and may use strictly necessary browser storage or security cookies to protect the form and confirm that a submission is from a person. These measures are used only for website security and form integrity.

Where your data lives

We use access-controlled service providers to host this website and deliver website inquiries. Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and form-delivery infrastructure, and Resend delivers form-notification emails to our team. We require service providers to process information only as needed to provide their services to us and to protect that information appropriately.

What we never do

Retention

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage our relationship, and meet legal or business recordkeeping obligations. We retain client records for the period required by applicable professional and tax rules, then securely dispose of them when appropriate.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask questions about this policy by contacting hello@ufirst.co or (855) 999-7292. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights under state law.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
